My name is Charlie and I’m one of the resident personal trainers at the MMA Clinic. I also take the strength and conditioning classes both at the MMA Clinic Islington and the Boxing Clinic in Covent garden.
All classes on the timetable at both sites are to a high intensity. Whether it be boxing, MMA, BJJ or Muay Thai your into, there is a dominant cardiovascular, strength and endurance aspect throughout. Moreover you will need these quality’s to maintain your training and the better they are, combined with a good diet, proper hydration and sufficient rest, this will increase your peak performance.
