Only 130 burpees to go, on top of Bens warmup.

Apologies for late arrival but warm up was excellent last night. Really different and fun. Had one of those sessions where i just couldnt get the drill right - but great advice from Ben and Tony and very patient even though i still didnt bring the correct leg forward!! Was really good putting the drill into practice and having someone defend it and as always sparring was excellent!

Good session again last night. Liked the idea of doing cardio around the edge of the cage and then get called to the middle to do single leg takedowns/defence. Created some effective space to do these drills safely whilst everybody was still working. Thanks for everybody's help/patience.

Great session last night - like working off the cage and was good to work the single leg. Enjoyed doing the exercises off the cage and getting called in. Good sesh!

Can always tell the next day after a session of guillotine drills!! Really good working the 4 different guillotines and as always excellent sparring at the end to try and put it all into practice.
Cheers Paul and Tony
